目前课题组主要开展四个方向的研究,分别是:
: b, q$ I a2 O8 y) } (一)、陆源有机物及其沉积记录:以木质素、正构烷烃、脂质等为特征生物标志物,研究其在海洋中的沉积记录及其环境地球化学意义。 # F, `) _5 R( h7 ]% i
(二)、现代有机污染物及其转化机理:通过实验室模拟实验中降解中间产物或/和代谢产物的分析、稳定同位素分馏效应的测定以及理论计算,与现场测定结果相结合,研究典型有机污染物在环境中的来源、分布及其光降解和生物降解机理,结合定量构效关系研究,评价其生态风险。目前已经开展的污染物研究包括多环芳烃(PAH)、多氯联苯(PCB)、多溴联苯醚(PBDE)、德克隆(DP)、塑化剂(PAES)、烷基酚(NP和OP)、微塑料(MP)等。 ' R4 m, I/ Z% J" z7 d( V
(三):海洋资源化学:通过分析海洋来源物质的成分、结构,确定其可能的生物能量来源,判别其使用价值,尤其是潜在价值。通过各种化学方法或手段转化为可持续资源、能源,如浒苔液化、镁盐晶须、人工海水等。针对当前环境氮、硫污染问题,从源头出发,开展气体、液体的除氮、脱硫工艺研究。
# h+ Z' _! h& D, p- t. a; [ (四)、微生物化学:通过分析海洋来源微生物群落结构、功能基因、次级代谢产物以及中间产物来探索小分子活性物质的生物合成途径、机理,进一步确定元素迁移路径和能量的转化方式,同时探索发现活性天然产物。通过特殊环境来源微生物的驯化,探索微生物在污染物的去除、降解方面的应用。
